Who it’s for

Built for people whose relationships are their work.

GoalRunner does not care whether the person waiting on you is a client, a subcontractor, an investor, or a counterparty’s attorney. It cares that they are waiting, and that you would want to know.

One product, one loop

What GoalRunner actually does

Five steps, in this order, every day. The last one is not a setting.

  1. 01

    Reads

GoalRunner reads the mail you have connected. Today that is Gmail, and nothing else — what it cannot see, it says it cannot see.

  2. 02

    Remembers

It keeps what was asked, what was promised and what was answered, in both directions, and it keeps the message each one came from.

  3. 03

    Raises one thing

It brings you the single thing that most needs you now. Not a ranked feed of everything, and not a second inbox to work through.

  4. 04

    Shows the evidence

Every statement arrives with the sentence and the date it rests on. If GoalRunner cannot show you where it got something, it does not say it.

  5. 05

    You decide

GoalRunner prepares; you press. Nothing leaves your account that you did not read and send yourself.

Five ways in

Who it’s for

The pages below say the same product back to you in the words of your own work. Same loop, same boundaries, same evidence — different vocabulary, because a broker and a general contractor do not describe a dropped ball the same way.

One product, your priorities.

These are not five versions of GoalRunner. There is one product with one loop — read, remember, raise one thing, show the evidence, and let you decide — and you define who matters. GoalRunner will never rank a client above a family member or a lead above a friend. That is not a missing setting; it is a commitment, and it is written into the product’s constitution.

What it readsGmail is the only evidence source GoalRunner reads today.

GoalRunner makes claims only about the sources you have connected. Today that is Gmail, and nothing else. A promise made on a phone call, a text message, or in a system GoalRunner cannot read is outside what it watches — and it will tell you so rather than imply otherwise.

What it sendsNothing is sent without you.

GoalRunner prepares. You decide. Every outgoing message is a draft that you read and send yourself. There is no autonomous send to switch off, because there is no autonomous send.

Where it isGoalRunner is in Private Alpha.

GoalRunner is early software in Private Alpha, tested with real mailboxes and real workloads. Access is limited on purpose while reliability and usefulness are proven. There is no published price and no self-serve sign-up.

Start with your own mail.

The fastest way to find out whether this is real for your work is to point it at the mail you already have.
