Waiting two days
Derek is waiting for your answer.
You told him you’d confirm the next step after reviewing the proposal.
Why this?
He asked a direct question and no reply has been sent.
You made the commitment yourself, in your own sent mail.
GoalRunner is an AI Chief of Staff from UnKAnscious. It reads the Gmail accounts you connect and tells you the few things that need a decision today.

Evidence
95,343messages in one mailbox
A co-founder’s own, measured in August 2026. Nearly three-quarters of it declares itself broadcast mail.
You are seeing volume, never content. This page shows the shape of a mailbox and never a line of anyone’s mail.

Understanding
114things worth knowing
Not a summary of each message. A durable claim built from all of them — including the ones you sent, and the promises inside them.
Across 24 people and services. Every claim keeps the receipt it came from.

Judgement
A situation that is already settled does not become a task. GoalRunner shows you what it set aside and the reason, and a correction is honoured permanently.

Waiting two days

GoalRunner set the rest aside — and will show you the reason for each.
AI recommends. Humans decide.
GoalRunner’s own interface and vocabulary, with illustrative content. It is not a photograph of a live session, and GoalRunner has no customers to quote.

Everything above it is a decision you make. Everything below it is work you never have to see. Three sentences fix where it sits, and each one is checkable.
GoalRunner works from the text of your messages, including the ones you sent. It never opens, reads or interprets an attachment. Opening a conversation that has one does fetch the file, so that a working download can be offered — nothing reads it, no copy is kept, and a file over the size limit is never asked for at all.
There is no code path that sends mail without a person pressing send. It can label, star, archive or draft — each only when you take that action yourself. Marking an obligation done records the outcome in GoalRunner and changes nothing in Gmail.
Disconnecting deletes the credential. Revoking at your Google account is the authoritative way to end access. Deletion is a third step you ask for — done by hand and confirmed in writing. There is no automatic deletion schedule.
Three fragments. The urgent-looking one is the least true.
The billing office — already resolved
No single email contains this. GoalRunner read all seven — including sent mail — and connected them.
GoalRunner reads evidence from sources you deliberately connect. Gmail is the first evidence source.
It remembers who’s involved, what was asked, what was promised — so you don’t have to.
Instead of a hundred open threads, you get a short brief: what matters, what needs a decision, what you’re waiting on.
The AI recommends. The human decides. Nothing important happens without you.
You subscribe, and then we configure your access by hand and confirm it. There is no trial and no free tier; the first month is paid. GoalRunner is early-access software, and we would rather tell you that here than after you have paid.
